Be Still

Inspiration of this canvas painting is from the biblical passage in ‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭39-41.“And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, "Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?" And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?" When you’re faced with troubles, challenges, worries, fears, helplessness in situations in your life, just be still and give it to Him. He’s always there.

This piece is a mixed media painting with light texture with coffee pours and acrylic. Tones of medium to deep blues, soft cream, gold and champagne. 

The dimensions of this painting is a 30 x 48 x .75” canvas without a frame. Other options would be gold, champagne, white, or natural wood colored frame of your choice purchased on your own separately. Because of the color tones more frame colors would look nice too.
